LA Drips and Swirls

This small shop right off the street was not even close to what I expected. You order through a small window and in the "back" there's a small shaded area to enjoy your soft serve. When enjoying this treat, prepare yourself for the bit of activated charcoal that will be left on your tongue after the rest of the ice cream has melted in your mouth! It threw me off at first but I came to really enjoy it. Now while the main attraction was this eccentric charcoal ice cream (and charcoal ice cream cone), their fig soft serve was honestly more flavorful than a fig itself. TIP: take your pictures & eat fast because the cone isn't the best at holding in the melty ice cream.
