Seattle: Blank Space Cafe

Believe it or not, this ice cream was the product of my third attempt at this store! The first two times I visited they turned me away because they said they were out of waffle batter so I highly recommend calling in early and getting there ASAP. I had ordered a vanilla waffle with matcha ice cream topped with matcha and chocolate pocky & an Oreo waffle with strawberry ice cream topped chocolate and strawberry pocky and Oreos. The two were more than enough to serve 4 people and though it tastes amazing while the waffle was hot, if you leave it for too long you're left with melted ice cream and a soggy waffle... so eat up! Be prepared to wait a bit just because each waffle is made to order :)
