Seattle: Sweet Alchemy

Honestly this place blew me away. I was REALLY reluctant to visit initially just because of all the ice cream I've had this summer. But, here there were no gimmicks or fancy presentations, just the most incredible flavors I have ever had. In this visit I got one scoop titled "Jitter Bars" made with homemade espresso shortbread and caramel (my favorite ice cream flavor I've had to date), their Strawberry, and their Waffle Brittle. Incredible. Definitely a stop I will hit every time I go back to visit Seattle. If you get a chance to stop by, I highly suggest going at off-peak hours so you can try as many flavors as you would like without holding up a big line (you will not regret it)!
