LA Eggslut

After reading about this countless times on pretty much every blog or article about Los Angeles, I was way too excited to try it. Out of all the restaurants in Grand Central Market, this one had the biggest line by far (that's how you know it's good). Their signature is called the slut and it is essentially eggs in glass jars being poached in a water bath over mashed potatoes and it did not disappoint! We also tried their bacon & egg sandwich but the Slut was the highlight.
