LA Chocolate Chair

This was probably the most unconventional 'dessert' we tried. When you order this dish titled "Dragon's Breath" you essentially get a cup half filled with liquid nitrogen and cereal. We were surprised that with a few paper warnings on the walls telling you to not drink the nitrogen, that they were allowed to actually sell this. Basically, you stick a toothpick into the cereal at the top of the cup and when you put it in your mouth, the next few times you breath the nitrogen will come out of your mouth and nose ("Dragon's Breath"). While it made for some pretty unique videos, we were done after a few because the liquid N at the bottom was freaking us out a little bit. As well, when we tried to remove the cup from the glass table we had set it on, you could see a big ring of ice formed underneath the table from the Nitrogen! I do believe it's worth the experience, but for me, one time there was enough.
